Community Outreach & Basic Needs Assistance

We started our Community Outreach & Basic Needs Assistance program with a simple belief: no one should have to fight hunger or cold alone in Delray Beach. 

When someone meets us on the street, in a parking lot, or outside a shelter, we place real, tangible care in their hands hot meals, clean clothing, hygiene supplies, blankets, and everyday essentials that say, "You matter right now." A warm coat on a rainy night, a toothbrush before a job interview, a hot plate of food after days of going without these small items often become the first crack of light in a very dark season. Our team doesn't just drop off bags and drive away. We pause, look people in the eye, learn their names, and listen to their stories. From there, we can connect them with other supports, turning a meal or a hygiene kit into the first step toward stability and hope.
