Support for Families Still Waiting for Relief

When hardship hits, you shouldn't have to face it alone.

Better Days Are Coming Inc. serves individuals and families across Delray Beach and Boynton Beach who are facing homelessness, financial hardship, substance use recovery, or mental health challenges. Seniors, veterans, and caregivers turn to us when the road ahead feels uncertain.

No one is asked to explain themselves before receiving help. We meet people exactly where they are, with meals, resources, and a hand extended without conditions attached.

Five Ways We Meet People Where They Are

Every service starts with the same idea — everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, no matter their circumstances. Whether someone needs a hot meal tonight or a caseworker's help navigating housing next month, that belief shapes how we show up, listen, and follow through.

Community Outreach

Hot meals, hygiene kits, clothing, shoes, and blankets for individuals and families facing hardship right now.

Peer Support & Resource Navigation

Mentorship and referrals for housing, employment, healthcare, mental health, and recovery — from people who've lived it.

Community Service Program

Supervised court-ordered and volunteer hours that build accountability, skills, and real community connection.

Health & Wellness Screenings

Free blood pressure, height, and weight checks, wellness education, and referrals to healthcare providers.

Senior & Family Assistance

Food, resources, and advocacy for seniors, caregivers, and families working toward stability.

A Tribute That Carries Our Mission

In our family, we believe our loved ones return to us as butterflies. This site carries a page in loving memory of the cousin whose story is the reason Better Days Are Coming exists.

Better Days Began with a Loss No Family Should Carry Alone

“It made me look at life differently — how many people suffer in silence, and nobody sees it. That's why I started Better Days Are Coming.”

Founder Crystal Wooden built this organization from personal loss into a promise: no one in this community has to face hardship, addiction, or grief without someone in their corner.
